The new Ohio law allows betting on sports by anyone at least 21 years old. Intralot's own sportsbook program is called Sportsbet Ohio, and is expected to be available at more than 700 clerk-operated terminals statewide, Frizzi-Babb said. That doesn't necessarily mean other non-Intralot betting software will be unavailable on those kiosks, however.

Hank's kiosk is coming from Dayton's Shaffer Amusement, in partnership with Intralot, he said.
